Here in North America we are fairly deprived when it comes to
watching METAL videos on TV, but not when it comes to the internet.
Almost every video you could ever want is out there somewhere online
waiting to be watched. Below are new and older videos that we like.
We'll update this page more often than we've been doing in the past
with new videos we uncover that we think are worthy of promoting
here.
Behemoth "Ov Fire And The Void"
The video that youtube banned (was replaced with a tamer version).
So if you can't handle some violence and nudity then go back to
watching your Walt Disney garbage. "Ov Fire And The Void" was filmed
by Grupa 13 in Poland, the same people behind Behemoth’s last video,
"At The Left Hand Ov God." Nergal comments on the video, “We are
proud and we are satisfied. This is our life’s work and we are happy
to finally get it out to people. Watch and enjoy!” The song
comes from their album
EVANGELION, the band’s ninth full length album. which is
unleashed in the US on August 11th 2009 via Metal Blade Records and
in Europe on August 9th via Nuclear blast.
TÝR - "Hold The Heathen Hammer High"
The TYR Vikings have completed their latest work "By the Light
of the Northern Star" (2009). The Faroese band delivers catchy yet
technically brilliant tracks, and once again demonstrates how to
impressively unite the contemporary present with the mythological
past. Traditional homeland melodies, Viking choruses, and classic
heavy metal songs, such as "Hold the Heathen Hammer High" or even
the title track, offer fans new and powerful hymns.
KREATOR - "Hordes of Chaos"

HORDES OF CHAOS we present you
with the video for the title track. It looks like the director
watched/liked Conan movies quite a bit and decided to throw a preforming
thrash metal band into the mix...awesome.

The 1983
US Festival took place at the Glen Helen Regional Park
which is close to San Bernardino in southern California USA.
The festival featured a heavy metal day on which the bands
Quiet Riot, Motley Crue, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest,
Triumph, Scorpions, and Van Halen played. It would be nice
to have a professionally released box set of the entire day
but so far, the only official one that you can get on DVD is
the Triumph one. Plenty of bootleg sites have the others for
sale. From one of those bootlegs comes the below clip from
Motley Crue's performance in the blistering California sun.
This was filmed right at the time the the Crue were about to
break out internationally. The song below is called
"Bastard" and is taken from their 1983 album SHOUT AT THE
DEVIL.
